We develop a plan of action with clients because we need to know where we're heading prior to seeking the actual desired end result.
With most Real Estate, there will be some compromise required. The challenge is to keep that list to a minimum, stay within budget, and develop a win-win-win strategy as we reach to obtain the goal.
