Buying or selling real estate is not, unfortunately, rocket science.  However, many people find they need a Real Estate Guide to help remove frustration from the process.  While there are a dizzying array of properties and resources available on the Internet, many of my clients find that once they have look at so much that they are totally confused, they enjoy having a Real Estate Guide who can help keep them focused.  

That's part of why I founded the Two Rivers Real Estate Investors Association of Central Iowa, LLC -- to help people see more clearly, and to make better informed decisions. 

Without vision, the people perish.  Without specific goals, one can waste an inordinate amount of time (and money) trying to make decisions about real estate, whether for a home, or for investment, or to liquidate currently owned properties.  

In a search for a home, if you're inclined to just poke around the idea of moving, I'm not your man.  However, when you're ready to take action and just need some assistance at collecting your thoughts and then negotiating for a win-win-win outcome, then read on.   

Like a stockbroker or financial planner, if I can help enough of my clients reach their residence or investment goals, I will easily reach mine.  So, my first step with clients is to listen closely to what they are expecting to achieve, helping to sort our what they hope to achieve vs. what the market it currently offering.  We develop a plan of action with clients because we need to know where we're heading prior to seeking the actual desired end result. 

With most Real Estate, there will be some compromise required.  The challenge is to keep that list to a minimum, stay within budget, and develop a win-win-win strategy as we reach to obtain the goal.  That's why I love my job -- I know I'm good at it and have been blessed with many, many happy clients.
