Good communication is the cornerstone of any successful relationship.  I work by referral and appointment only in order to provide my clients focused attention in helping them reach their goals.   I don't run a lot of ads or do a lot of Internet advertising, trying to make the phone ring because those calls can often be a distraction.  I prefer working closely with but a handful of active clients at any one time.  

I like being a small operator, because I can turn on a dime without asking anyone else's permission.  I also bring a 30-year skill set in business to the task, and this seems to put many of my clients at ease.   

I strive everyday to make sure my clients receive more in actual use value than I ever receive in compensation.   That's a tall order, but this philosophy is the foundation for my business.
